PEX jaw crusher can be widely used in mining, smelting, building materials, highway, railroad, water conservancy, chemical industry, etc. It can crush all kinds of materials with compressive strength not more than 320MPa. PE series is used for coarse crushing, PEX jaw crusher is used for medium and fine crushing.
Powered by an electric motor, the movable jaw is made to reciprocate according to a predetermined trajectory through the transmission system of driving wheel, triangle belt, eccentric roller drive shaft and so on. The material is crushed in the cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable plate and side guard plate, and discharged from the bottom discharge port.
This pe jaw crusher equipment adopts curve movement compression method to crush materials. The electric motor drives the belt and pulley through the eccentric shaft to make the movable plate move up and down. When the movable jaw rises, the angle formed between the elbow joint and the movable plate becomes larger, and the jaw plate is pushed to the fixed plate. In this way, the material is crushed by compression, grinding and milling. When the movable plate descends, the angle formed between the curved elbow and the movable plate becomes narrower. Under the pulling of the drawbar and spring, the movable plate moves away from the elbow joint, so that the crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber. The continuous movement of the motor drives the movable plate for cyclic crushing and discharging, realizing mass production.

The following is the analysis and suggestion of the combination of jaw crusher and different production lines:
Sand and gravel production line:
Combination: Jaw crusher + cone crusher/impact crusher + sand making machine + sand washing machine + screening equipment
Suggestion: Firstly, use jaw crusher for coarse crushing of large stone, then use cone crusher or impact crusher for medium crushing, then use sand making machine for fine crushing and shaping, and finally get sand and gravel products with different granularity through sand washing machine and screening equipment.
Ore crushing production line:
Combination: Jaw crusher + Cone crusher/impact crusher + Vibrating screen + Belt conveyor
Recommendation: Jaw crusher is responsible for the initial crushing of the ore, followed by cone crusher or impact crusher for medium and fine crushing according to the hardness and size requirements of the ore. Vibrating screen is used to screen different size of ore, and belt conveyor is responsible for material transfer.
Construction waste treatment production line:
Combination: Jaw Crusher + Impact Crusher/Hammer Crusher + Magnetic Separator + Vibrating Screen + Belt Conveyor
Suggestion: The construction waste is first roughly crushed by a jaw crusher and then further crushed using an impact crusher or hammer crusher. Magnetic separator is used to separate the metallic materials and vibrating screen is used to screen the aggregates with different particle size. Belt conveyor plays the role of material transfer in the whole production line.
Mobile crushing line:
